Objective

To launch the Child Protection Center’s website on a platform that allows the CPC team to make content edits. Their website needed to be user-friendly and offer a backend platform that was simple and easy to use.

Challenge

CPC’s existing website was custom-built, making the process of converting it to a different, user-friendly server a challenge. In addition, the photos and files were not optimized.

Solution

In order to preserve the original website design, we recreated everything from scratch. We chose to create a WordPress website, the industry-standard website platform, which gave the client access to a personal login and dashboard. This also allows them to perform basic content edits through a simple web-based interface.

Plugin software helps optimize content for search engines like Google. We optimized all images and files, creating simple solutions to preserve the look and feel of the original website design.

Result

The outcome was a user-friendly website that allows the client to update their own content, on their own time, without compromising the design they loved. We were able to give CPC the freedom and control they wanted while optimizing their site, making it faster and higher-performing.

Now, the website’s content layout is both easy to use and mobile-friendly.

“I just wanted to say THANK YOU to you and your staff for the professionalism, patience, and kindness shown to all of us at CPC! Transferring our website to your agency was a wonderful decision and has benefited our mission. Your staff may not be in our offices helping children but you most certainly assisted us in gathering support for each program that ultimately helps vulnerable children! I am looking forward to being able to update the website within our department but knowing that you all are close by is assuring!”
